Annual Ballet Scholarship Award Program
Desert Youth Ballet Foundation is proud to offer scholarships to students needing financial assistance who demonstrate talent and potential in the Art of Dance.
DYBF has a commitment to providing scholarships for students with talent and/or financial need. If you are a dancer or a parent of a dancer who is interested in applying for a DYBF scholarship, please follow the application procedures below. Scholarship applications will be reviewed and scholarships will be awarded as scholarship funds become available. If you are the recipient of a DYBF scholarship, you will be notified by someone from our Scholarship Committee.
DANCE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION PROCEDURES
Complete the application and mail. We will accept applications on a continuous basis.
A complete dance application consists of the following:
- This completed application.
- One letter of recommendation of your current dance teacher including copy of your class attendance for the past three months (this must be submitted directly by your teacher).
- Complete the Family Financial Information and submit any supporting materials that demonstrate financial need.
We will accept applications postmarked on or before January 4, 2012 for 2012
