Desert Youth Ballet Foundation is a registered non-profit organization created to establish and maintain a network of supporters and volunteers dedicated to the study and appreciation of ballet and music. Our efforts will benefit, enhance and enrich the learning experience of students as well as promote the art of ballet in the community.
The art of classical ballet reaches beyond dance and performance; it cultivates technique, discipline, respect and grace within oneself and as a member of the community. Children who have the opportunity to make classical ballet part of their lives have the ability to uphold and advance this art form in addition to enriching the cultural lives of others in the community. Through the support of youth ballet in Arizona, more children will be able to benefit from art of classical ballet; and in turn, the art will grow because of the children.
